My name is Ashley and I live in Toronto. As a newcomer to the city (and the country) I spent a lot of time last year feeling lonely and out of place. As I always have in hard times, I often found myself turning to the world of fiction for a sense of community and belonging.
My goal here is to build a community where people can discuss the literature that moved them. The nonfiction that opened their eyes to new ideas. The books that provided a bright light in a dark time.
